Refund request

    Hi,
    I've submitted a refund request earlier this morning but I haven't received any confirmation or timeline information as to how long will it take for a refund. I have used a different email address to purchase the license, but I have submitted the original invoice and all the relevant information. Can someone or the admin please guide me in this regard. It seems very outdated UI/UX on this website.
