    I have requested a refund for account number 502382153 through the online bot, how long does this take to complete.

    I kept sending forms requesting a refund over and over for weeks, and no one answered me. Until now, the 30-day period is over. This is so frustrating, why were my forms ignored ?????????????/

    In order to obtain phone/chat support regarding your refund request, kindly follow the below steps:
