Refund Request - Purchased Wrong Product (Order #523037659)

    Hello Parallels Support Team,

    I am requesting your assistance with a refund for Cleverbridge order number 523037659.

    I accidentally purchased the "Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition Upgrade (1 Year)" subscription. I own a perpetual Parallels Desktop license and intended to purchase the perpetual upgrade instead. The subscription product does not meet my needs.

    I attempted to contact Cleverbridge via email, but their mail server timed out and the delivery failed. I also submitted the Cleverbridge online refund form several times, but I am not sure if these requests were received. In addition, I submitted a tickets through the Parallels support form, but no ticket appears in my dashboard and I have not received a confirmation email.

    Could you please assist by escalating this refund request or initiating it on my behalf? The purchase is within the 30-day money-back guarantee.
