Refund Request for Unwanted Renewal

    Renewal Date: July 10, 2025

    I purchased parallel last year and wasn't aware that it automatically renews every year. Since I haven't been using parallel for a long time and didn't get any notification prior to the renewal, I wasn't able to cancel my plan before I was charged. Still, I canceled just one day after the renewal so I'd like to request for a refund. I appreciate any assistance with this.

    Hi,

    I have had Parallels for a number of years and forgot that it was set up to automatically renew.

    The renewal happened today, and I am writing immediately after noticing the charge. I haven't used the service for several months, and at this time I don't need the subscription.

    I would like to kindly request a refund for this recent renewal.
