refund help!

    sorry i'm a newbie here. i made an account so i can email support to get a refund but i haven't even recieved an email to confirm my account even though i tried resending it many, many times. it won't let me register my product's activation key number either. so because of this, i can't create a support request email to get my refund.

    can anyone help me from parallel or someone else who knows what i can do on how to contact them to get a refund?

    Hi,

    Looks like I have a very similar issue. I just purchased an upgrade key from here no more than a few days ago. It didn't work for the version that I have, and I need a refund for the purchase. You can probably check that the code still hasn't been used, but please let me know what I can do.

    Hi

    I am in a similar position and have spent 5 days trying to find assistance regarding a refund. I upgraded from my Parallels 4 to 7 from the software link, however, there was nothing to warn me that this would not work until I was downloading! I sent an email to [email protected] but only today, have they informed me that they couldn't deal with this matter and referred me back to Parallels! Fair enough I will need to purchase the full software, but please make finding a refund easier on the website.

    Any help welcome from any quarter.

    I am sorry for this inconvenience. Your purchase has been refunded, you will receive money within 5-7 business days, no additional actions required from your side.

    If someone has similar problem, please create a free support request to customer service:
    http://www.parallels.com/support/request/

    You will be prompted to log into your account if you were not logged in previously.

    Please select 'Customer Service and Licensing' category from the first drop-down list. Then select 'Parallels Desktop' as a product.

    Please note that you do not need to have a support code to create such a request.
