Refund for Parallels Desktop

    I was recently charged for a renewal of my Parallels Desktop subscription, but I was unaware that I was enrolled in an auto-renewing subscription.

    I did not intend to renew the subscription and have not used the software since the renewal. I would appreciate it if you could process a refund for this charge.

    you need to contact the helpdesk directly by e-mail at best ([email protected]). This is more technical support (when you have a bug in the app)
