Refund for Auto Renewal

    I have been charged for a renewal of subscription however was unaware of this until I seen the transaction that was made from my bank account. I have not used parallels for up to a year and unsure as to why I got charged when I have auto-renewal turned off. Also, I tried cancelling the subscription once again however it states that my account is still active and the renewal payment will be made next year? I have emailed regarding this issue as I urgently need an update on this matter.
