Redirect email Application

Hello,
i'm newbie to Parallels,
i've working Parallels RAS 20.2 with Vcenter provider and VDI configured.
i would like to configure Mail Application redirect, when the user clicks a mailto link on any website within VDI it should open outlook on local (client) laptop.
"Allow client URL/Mail redirect" is selected on VDI pool settings.
it's not working even after these configurations.. what am I missing ?
