Seeing as Parallels Support do not see fit to reply to my e-mails, is there any way to have my CD key replaced? I lost the physical media several months ago in a flood, and I've recently had to reinstall everything on my Mac. I have an electronic PDF copy of the original purchase invoice etc, and it was activated under my name.

(Honestly, I may as well have pirated a copy of Parallels Desktop for Mac. I would get the same level of support. They should take a few pages out of VMware's book...)
