recover XP Password under Parallels Desktop 3.0 for Mac

    Hello all,

    I'm running XP under Parallels Desktop 3.0 for Mac and it's not accepting my password. I haven't booted it
    in a while and it is conceivable that I changed the PW a few weeks ago and may have mistaken what I thought it was.

    In any case, how in the heck can I recover (or reset) the Windows XP password so I can start the XP VM?
