The instructions in http://kb.parallels.com/en/116127 were written for Windows 7 and do not appear to work for Windows 8.1. I have a half dozen drive letters that are assigned while I'm at my office (including R:, S:, U:, and V and a number of external drives that I use at home to which I want to assign specific drive letters that do not overlap the drive letters that I use at the office. "Map Network Drive" does not appear in the context menu for external drives listed in Finder (which also appear in File Explorer with drive letters assigned by Parallels Desktop). Clicking on "Easy Access" in the Windows File Explorer ribbon pops up a window with the same apparent functionality, but entering "\\psf\" for the folder only browses to the MAC and the VM...the external drives are not listed. Is it possible to assign specific drive letters to external drives in Windows 8.1? If so, how? Using an early 2016 MBP, macOS Sierra, Parallels 12, Windows 8.1 Pro with all current (non-beta) updates installed for Parallels Desktop and both OSs. Thanks.
