I dont mean spotty email support, I mean enterprise level phone support with knowledgable reps who speak english (or for that matter many different languages). I would reccomend to the head of my IT department tommorow that we install Parallels on all of our macs if I knew that there would be real support behind it, but alas, as of now there is not. Instead I will wait until VMWare fusion is released where I can assume that VMWARE will provide their usualy level of professional support.
