Does anyone know if readyboost will work in parallels? I have win 7 and a readyboost compatible flash drive.

Try it? Just plug the usb drive into the mac, and tell parallels to assign it to the VM when it asks.

I tried that once. Yes, it worked but no, it didn't make any noticeable performance difference. You'll need a pretty fast USB flash drive (most of these sticks are dead slow) to notice anything on a real Windows system; with the way that Parallels is "bending" virtual memory handling, I'm not sure that you'll see anything, even with a very fast memory stick.
