Read/write Rights to VM/.pvm files

Prior to the latest version 5.0.9344 it has been no problem to move a VM between machines, but now I can see these locked signs (a folder icon with a stop sign) and the error message that I cannot open a particular VM.

Two instances with problems:
a) Machine A has shared folder over afp: to Machine B. On Machine B I can no longer drag/drop a VM from this shared folder in order to make a backup of the VM file

b) I then shared a folder from Machine B to A in order to drag/drop the VM file from B to A for a backup. It allowed me to copy the file, but now I cannot open the file on Machine A in order check whether the backup is OK.

It does now seem to be a problem within OSX to me, since it did not exist prior to the last update. And in OSX I also made sure that the rights to read/write are granted to this file.
