Re-installing Parallels Desktop on Mac (Downgrading from High Sierra To Sierra)

Hi,
I've recently upgraded my MacBook Pro to High Sierra only to find that High Sierra has many problems. I plan to downgrade back to Sierra (which was working fine). Unfortunately, the only way to downgrade is to erase everything and rebuild from scratch. I pay for Parallels Desktop (latest version) - I believe I have the Pro version of Parallels Desktop. I'll have to check, but I know I pay about $99 per year.

Anyway, the basic question I'm asking is what do I need for reinstallation? A code? A link for downloading Parallels Desktop? Tech support?

Oh, and by the way, what is the phone number for tech support?
