After reading the various posts on this general networking subject, including the "FAQ" that Andrew suggested, and trying the workaround, I still don't have a solution to this problem. With a VM running, I have no networking in OS X. When I try setting up host-only with shared internet (which I would prefer not to do), I have no internet from the guest. This is a critical feature for me; networking and internet access have worked well in the betas, and now don't work in the RC. As a prepaid subscriber, I very much hope you will address this issue for us. Many thanks.
