I have parallels installed on an HP laptop running Host (OSx86 10.4.6) and Guest (XP Pro)...When windows is booted, the network adaptor correctly picks up a unique IP adress from the DHCP server, and if I view the status, it also fills in the correct DNS server adresses off my ISP. . The problem....I am unable to view web pages...it says in IE (Web site found.....loading page...but hangs there) The quirk? I am able to load anything from Google and only Google!! Also when browsing the network, I am able to browse the domain and see the computers, I can click the computers and see their shared resources, but if I click into a shared folder...I cant see any files and it times out. The quirk?..from another machine, I can locate the virtual machine, click on the virtual shared folder, and open it, even copy into it!!!?? What the heck is going on...i am completely stumped. Host is using En0 (wired) and guest is configured accordingly. I have tried both the parallels driver and the realtec driver
