I am constantly adding/removing usb devices and CDs from the VM and OS X. Each time I want to switch a CD or USB device from Windows to OS X, I have to exit full screen, go to the menu, and release the CD drive or USB device. It would be nice to have something similar to VMWare where moving hte mouse to the top of the screen or holding some shortcut keys brings up the menus on top and/or bottom of the screen.
Thanks for idea! But anyway right now you can configure USB in VM configuration to autoconnect mode and plug/unplug USB devices without leaving fullscreen mode. And you can use EjectCD button to change CDs without leaving fullscreen mode as well.
