I just bought http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832714025 which is Parallels 7 with a free upgrade to Parallels 8. The software is also getting shipped to my parents house, far away from where I am now. My question is, can I just install Parallels 8 trial from the Parallels site, then put in the serial number that the software that is being shipped comes with, and all will be well? Or how do I go about doing this? Thanks!
