Hello! I'm using MacBook Pro 14" 2021 M1 Pro(10+16) 16GB with pd 20 running win11, the windows system settings shows 120hz and Battlefield 4 settings is 120hz too but xbox game bar shows the fresh rate value is as high as 60 or so. I'm not sure it's due to software limitations or not so I'm reaching for help. And I think I couldn't identify if it's above 60hz on my eyes.
I think the VM is running on 60Hz, because even the mouse is slower than normal. Would be nice if there was a higher refhresh rate possible...
