I'm trying to manually install the client and I'm having an issue with permissions. In the Mac enrollment wizard, on the authorization page, it asks for a domain username and password. So far the only account that seems to work is one that is full admin in SCCM. Is this by design? What are the minimum permissions needed for an account to authorize the enrollment? Thanks!
Hello John, you can configure who is allowed to manually enrol Macs via the Proxy Configuration Wizard. By default any user is allowed to enrol. See the attached screenshot. Most likely when you were installing Parallels Mac Management, you configured the enrolment option to allow only admin users to enrol Macs. You can re-run the wizard and change the permissions.
