Need some help ... I had an existing Parallels Pro License (expires in 7/14/2026) and based on the KB article (https://kb.parallels.com/en/124562) I purchased the Black Friday Sale license (great deal!) with the idea of extending the current license. Unfortunately, there was NO POP up that allowed me to extend once I hit Activate. It simply entered a new license that expires 12/1/2026). It should have extended the current license to 7/14/2027! I have the same question. I want to take advantage of the 50% Black Friday / Cyber Monday sale and extend my existing subscription which expires 6/30/2026. I was worried about the exact issue you described so I asked the question on X.com and Parallels Support directed me to the ParallelsCares support page and "Send us a description of your issue via DM" couple days ago. I couldn't find any place to send DM on the support page. And there is no phone number to call. It seems that there is just no way to get a directly answer from the Parallel support??
