Purchased 2nd subscription in May to Parallels Desktop for Mac Standard (1 Year) for only Mac computer Turned out I'd already paid for Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition Upgrade (1 Year) in February of 2025 Once this ran out this February I Can no longer log into Parallels Desktop for Mac on my computer and when I try to use subscription key for May purchased 2nd subscription get message key is Blacklisted. Sent in request for support three times via app no response no way to email or phone for support
