I would really like to prompted by SmartSelect before it launches a new VM. I bounce back and forth between a couple of different VMs, and because the names in the Open With... menu are so similar I sometimes pick the wrong one. When this happens, it takes forever for me to get one VM shut down as the other is coming up. It would be really nice if there was an option to be prompted before SmartSelected started a second VM. Even better would be if it could check to see the application (i.e. MS Office) exists in the current VM and use that instead of starting a new VM.
