Product not showing up in my account

    I bought a parallels license a year ago and now renewal is coming up. The e-mail I am using for this forum now received the receipt a year ago and the renewal reminder recently. The license is not however registered with this e-mail address.

    I have no way to adjust the license because I cannot log in and access it. It seems you have the correct e-mail in some places but not others.

    I originally tried to reset the password and received nothing (I checked my junk). Same for entering the license number.

    I registered as a new user with the same account, but the license is not tied to this e-mail.
