Problems with Parallels 7/ Snow Leopard/ and Win XP when starting Windows

For some reason ever since the new parallels version windows seems to start up quicker but every time I start it up I get the found new hardware icon in the start bard and the connection bling from windows with connected hardware bleeps about 30 times. also the new hardware icon sometimes even appears like 30 time sin a row and it take about 1 or 2 minutes maybe longer until this stops. its really annoying any suggestions?
