Recently I uninstalled the software 'Kaspersky Internet Security', which I installed under 'Virtual Machine-install Internet security'. After uninstall, I restarted windows. The mouse and keyboard does not work any more. Although it showed up in the right corner that the parallel tool has been installed, mouse and keyboard synchronisation don't work. Everytime I click the screen trying to log into windows, it asked me to press ctr+alt to release the mouse and the keyboard. I also tried to reinstall the tool. I checked the troubleshooting on the parallel website. It seems that without logging into the windows system, one cannot reinstall the parallel tool? I guess there might be something wrong when uninstalling the security software, some important files related to the parallel tool has been removed. Anyone had the same problem? Or could offer some solutions? Urgent!!!!! Thanks!!!!!
