When i install parallels desctop it works fine and accept new usb parts (for example usb sticks). When i restore may complete system with "Time Machine" then i have the problem that i get this error message: Der Parallels Treiber für USB-Geräte wurde nicht gefunden... Then i must delete and install Parallels again and then it will be function. When i youse the image function on OS X it makes a complete image from all and when i restore ist it will work fine. The Problem is only when i restore with time machine. Do anyone know waht is the problem? Please answer in German when it is possible.
Alle was ich sagen kann ist daß Du vielleicht nicht Time Machine zu gebrauchen brauchst, mindestens nicht um Deine Parallels VM zu belegen. Leider weiß ich nicht mehr; vielleicht wird jemand anders doch was mehr anraten können. (All I can say is that you maybe shouldn't use Time Machine, at least not to back up your Parallels VM. (I’ve also just found this page: http://kb.parallels.com/en/8827 Backing up virtual machines with Time Machine It doesn’t give much more information, but the page does explain how to configure so you don’t backup the VM with Time Machine.) Thank you Thank you EirÃkr Útlendi for your information. When i understand it right, then time machine will not save the complete virtual machine. This is very important to know. So i will save my complete hard disk with the hard disk utillity from the OS X from time to time. Thank you very much! Greetings
