problems upgrading form V2.5 to V 5.0

    Hi all, in the process of upgrading form V2.5 to V 5.0, I was asked to put in the key form my Parallels 2.5 instalation disk. After putting it in correctly i was told it is not a valid code, but how can it be it's on the back of the installation CD?

    Please help.
