I will now cringe each time Parallels has a new update.

I was running an insider version of Windows 11 just fine on Parallels 17.0.

When I upgraded to 17.1 every time I restart Windows 11 I have to go through the process of going into Trouble Shoot -> Advanced Options -> Startup Settings -> Restart and select "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement". The only thing that changed was the update of Parallels. Yes it could be a coincidence. But I check the drivers signature in Windows and all comes out fine and there were no changes to the Windows Environment.

I updated to 17.2 today hoping for a fix, but no, just a Blue Screen Crash (which is now Green). I wonder if Parallels is ready for Win 11?

Any help on this is greatly appreciated. I have seen posts mentioning it but no solutions that I have found.
Oh and Parallels support just forwarded me to the generic KB article on Windows 11 known issues that does not list this problem, so no help there.

Hi, please re install Parallels Tools by following https://kb.parallels.com/4841 and check if Parallels Desktop has full access on your Mac by following https://kb.parallels.com/en/113990. Please reach us out if still the issue persist.

Thanks for taking the time to post these KB articles. Niether helped. I ran disk repair as I do anytime I have an issue. Parallels was already in the accessibility list. The issue happened when updating from 17.0 to 17.1. And with the update to 17.2 it reinstalled the Windows toolbox, but I reinstalled again and no difference. It is obviously an incompatibility with some driver, but no drivers were changed, just Parallels, is one of its drivers not officially signed is my only question?

UPDATE - I worked with support to figure this out and they said it was a corrupt Windows install. Again the only change was to Parallels 17.1. I finally tried importing my disk into VMware Fusion and it starts without the any issues with Drivers. May be that in the conversion the corrupt version of Windows 11 was "fixed" but my hunch is this is a compatibility issue in Parallels 17.1 and the tech support just brushed it off as a Windows problem. I understand. I have been given a lot of incorrect info about this issue and read KB articles that have nothing to do with it by Parallels support. I hope support gets better and someone finds the problem.
