Problems on the Mac mini m4

Hello,

I purchased a Parallels 19 license back then and used it on my MacBook Air M1. Now, however, I own a Mac Mini M4 and would like to use the license on it. But I keep having issues where the format or medium cannot be created as soon as I download and install an OS. I think it might be because I need to activate Parallels separately for my Mac Mini. How do I do that?
