Problems launching RawShooterPremium through Parallels,

Hi all,

After experimenting with trying to get RawShooter Premium v1.03 running under linux, I've decided to take another track and installed Parallels Desktop 2.2 for linux.

I have Ubuntu 6.06.1 as my native OS, and created a W2k w/SP4 vitual OS. All the programs I have loaded work fine, except for RSP. I click on the icon, it acts like its going to do something, but nothing launches. In checking the task manager, there is no process running. What's odd is that RawShooter Essentials (think Outlook vs. Outlook Express) DOES launch just fine.

Does RawShooter use 3d graphics? If so, then that will be the problem. If not, then I dunno.

Nope, not that I'm aware of. Its for processing raw dSLR photos.

Another person posted in the MAC forum that they had the same problem, but were able to get it working. Haven't had the chance to try their remedy though.
