I have been connecting my Windows Mobile device via ActiveSync without problems since the arrival of the latest version of Desktop. In the past week I find that connecting the mobile and opening ActiveSync causes Windows to freeze. The Mac is also frozen and I am unable to perform a Mac restart or close. The only solution is to do a hard reset of the Mac. This problem now happens consistently and I have been unable to connect via ActiveSync for the past week. I've tried everything I can think of but with no success. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing the problem. NOTE: I am also running The Missing Sync for Windows Mobile but this has been happily coexisting with ActiveSync on Parallels Desktop for months and I have assumed this is nothing to do with the problem.
