Over all, I'm VERY impressed with the software. With B2, it seemed very stable; however, I was unable to access a SMB share on my host machine (a mac mini, dual core). With B3, I was able to happily access the share with no problems! I noticed two major problems... - My machine hung during the upgrade. It appears to have made it to the "running installation script" phase, then my iTunes froze and mouse refused to move. After a few minutes I had to power cycle the box. - Once I had the box up and running again, I moved my VM to an external HD to improve performance. While the VM was running, my host Mac suddenly rebooted. No black-screen-of-death. Not sure if this was related to the upgrade or my moving it to the external drive.
