Problem with service: 2X terminal server agent

    I get this error? when try to start this agent. Re-installing of this service or AppServ don't help at all.
    Code:
    [04/00000005] 2X Terminal Server Agent: Failed to initialize performace layer
    How can I fix this error ?

    this is normally an issue on the terminal servers with the perflib libraries

    go to the cmd prompt on the TS and into the 2X directory

    You will find an exe file there 2XPerflibrepair that you can run and it will try to fix the perf libraries and list the results.
