Problem with parallels after main board replacement - please help

my intel macbook pro would not boot up and i brought it to apple care. they have replaced the main board and now when i start up parallels, it says

"Parallels Desktop is unable to operate properly since it cannot communicate with on of its drivers. Try to restart the application to overcome this issue. If restart does not help, re-install Parallels Desktop. Note that parallels Drivers require a short time to be properly started and initialized. Do you may need to wait a minute before trying to launch the application"

what's the best way to get it up and running?
