    Hey guys

Something changed and now I am seeing a drive D on explorer on my bootcamp/parallels Win7 VM. It is unformatted as far as windows is concerned, and is very close in size to my Mac partition.

I normally wouldn't care, but its appearance is crashing out Mozy home with is responsible for PC side backups, it's trying to open it and not liking the unformatted part.

So, why did this appear? How can I get it to go away? I tried turning down all sharing settings, the other drives went but this one remains.

    Thanks

    Hi Dma550,

To remove Mac disk from Windows Virtual Machine, Please follow the steps given :

    1. Start Parallels Desktop. Do not start your Virtual Machine or shut it down if it is running.

    2. Go to your Virtual Machine's Configuration (http://kb.parallels.com/117287) > Click on Options

    3. Select Sharing and set Shared folders to "Home folder only" or "None" if you don't want any drives to be shared on Windows VM.

    Thanks,

    Manoj D
