I am not sure whether I should be asking for help on this forum or on a Microsoft Windows 10 one, so I will post the same question on both forums!
I have a MacBook Pro running Parallels 11 and Windows 10. My Mac OS X is El Capitan. I have just installed a new Canon Pixma MG 6850 printer which works perfectly on all OS applications, but I have not managed to get the printer recognised in Windows 10. In the Control Panel Devices and Printers it is found as a Category Unspecified "Virtual Printer", but I have not managed to shift it to the list of printers.
There is probably a simple solution, can anyone tell me what it is, please?
    Many thanks!
