Problem syncing W10.

    Hello there,

    I am using the free trial and have installed Parallels on my Macbook Pro (2019).

    When I load up Parallels screen it automatically takes me to a W10 screen asking me to sync my data.

    Then.... NOTHING.

    I cannot click anything to take me forward and have to close the Parallels screen.

    I do not actually want to sync anything anway, but have no choice as it automatically loads that screen.

    What do I need to do to get past this screen and enter the W10 user area?

    Do I need to buy Parallels first? Why offer a free trial in this case?


    Their sales pitch makes it all look so easy, the reality, I fear, is far from that?


    Looking through the comments here I can see that many experience problems even after purchasing this product, making me wonder if it is worth the effort?
