problem installing Parallels Tools in 5160

I just upgraded to 5160 and can't install Parallels Tools. It starts but I get the error

I tried uninstalling Parallels as per the KB article and started again but got the same error again. I can't send a support request as it there is some problem when I try and log in.

OK I grabbed a backup VM and tried again. It all seems to be fine now.
