I can't remove "Parallels Tools for Bootcamp": the uninstall process stops with the message "Setup can't find C:\Program Files\Parallels\Parallels Tools for Bootcamp\BCtool.dll. Setup cannot be continued". (Yes, this file does not exist). Is there a way to remove manually "Parallels Tools for Bootcamp"? (I can't unstall newer versions of Parallels Desktop since it is detected that "Parallels Tools for Bootcamp" is present).
