prl_naptd mac crash with connected network

Paralells is crashing as soon i start the paralells application or the windows 7 vm.
If i am changing network to disconnected i can use the windows 7 vm.
I have the latest 11 version installed.
is there a fix for this?

Sorry, we consider this problem as not Parallels related, we believe that it occurs due to the following citrix drivers, which appear to have some incompatibility with El Capitan:

There is a way to workaround this, though, but it involves editing of the Parallels Desktop configuration file, which could be complicated.

1. Exit the Parallels Desktop
2. Start the /Applications/Utilities/Terminal.app
3. Execute in terminal the command "cp /Library/Preferences/Parallels/network.desktop.xml ." (without quotest)
4) Execute in terminal command
open /Applications/TextEdit.app ./network.desktop.xml
will open the TextEdit with configuration file

5) Search the file for sections <ParallelsAdapter dyn_lists=""> and change in them value
<Enabled>1</Enabled> to be <Enabled>0</Enabled>. Save the file
6) execute command "sudo cp ./network.desktop.xml /Library/Preferences/Parallels/" (it will ask for the password)

These steps should workaround the kernel panic

 

As far as I can tell I cannot locate any of these three citrix drivers on my system and yet I was experiencing the same prl_naptd kernel panics every time I started Parallels. I performed the steps above (using sudo vi) and it works now but I wanted you guys to know this is a more wide spread problem than you first thought. I am happy to share logs, etc as required to help you solve this issue.

Fair enough. I apologize for missing them. Where are they and what specific software are they related to? Citrix Receiver?
