    Hi,

I have a problem with prl_disp_servce under Mavericks. The problem is it constantyly consumes about 10% power even if I do nothing. It takes my batery worktime completely sensless. Can anyone tell me what (maby in Windows) makes it process force to do that?

    high energy consumption

With me it is even worse: Once Parallels is up and running, my marvelous OS 10.9 Mavericks battery time goes down from 15 hours to 4:26 straight away, although I am using to most recent update of Parallels desktop. That is simply lousy programming

    Battery Consumption...

I wouldn't say lousy … It's a good piece of software if You have to use some windows software. I'm not sure how it was under ML cos there was no battery consumpton meter. Maby it was similar but my point is to find out what that this process do and what it depends on. Maby the problem stays in windows… anyone?

Windows / Parallels was in rest mode. Windows, therefore, does not seem to be the reason.
