Hi, screaming newbie here, so please try to be understanding... On my site, the Awstats (v 6.5 build 1.857) stats for the prior month disappear after 3 AM on the second of the following month. The site is running on a unix platform with Plesk 8.3, and I am working with the admin of the hosting service to try to get the stats to stick around for maybe a year. I asked about the problem on the Awstats forum, and have been told it is not and AWStats issue, since the statistics reports are being correctly generated by AWStats. Rather, I am told the files are being removed by Plesk. Can somebody here point me to some documentation or tell me how to get Plesk to stop removing the statistics files at each monthly rollover?
