I am printing to an Epson Stylus Pro 7880 printer, and I'm printing film. I'm printing from CorelDRAW X5 in my Windows 7 partition via Parallels.

I've set up the printer via the Parallels Printer Port, so it is referencing my Mac printer for the Epson. It uses the HP Color LaserJet 8500 PS driver to print. My files go to the Wasatch RIP software, but my document size settings I create in CorelDRAW are being overwritten. The printer always prints the size of 8.5 x 11 inches, so my document is getting cut off. Example: Original document is 12 inches wide by 10.5 inches tall.

I've tried all I can think of with settings in both Corel and the printer preferences, nothing has worked so far. Does anyone have ideas on how to fix this?

    1. Mac OS Version: 10.6
    2. Parallels Build #6
    3. What kind of computer: Mac Mini(Also have iMacs)
    4. Total Physical RAM: 2GB(in the process of increasing this)
    5. Hard Drives: one Mac HD partitioned once for a Windows 7 OS
    6. If you are using a BootCamp configuration or not: Yes
    7. Did you upgrade from a BETA: No
    8. With what Build did the problem start: 6
    9. If Parallels Tools are installed: Yes

I figured out how to get the printer to recognize the user defined size. I had to install the printer via a TCP/IP install, then go and change the size to user defined, apply it, and then change the port from the TCP/IP to the LPT1 port.

I still have one question if anyone can help me out. All the print jobs go to the print que with the name of Parallels_Print_Job. Is there a way to have the printer see the file name instead? We print a lot of jobs to this printer and we need to be able to tell them apart.

    Thanks.
