Printing problem 2xAppserver 5.0.275

Hi.

I'vw got some trouble while printing on a client with Universal printing.

If I print with options/2x Universal Printing/Print to default printer, then an acrobat window pops up with random_name.tmp.pdf file open, and nothing much happens.

If I print with options/2x Universal Printing/Select Printer before printing, or options/2x Universal Printing/Use the following printer, then acrobat pops up and print job prints OK. Acrobat window remains open, hovewer.

Is this normal, that Acrobat Reader window stay open after print job was finished? Or is it misconfiguration on my side?

This was tested on several different win2k sp4 setups with acrobat reader 5 and 7.

I see nothing special, no errors, no diagnostics, neither in 2x Applicationserver logs, nor on client-side event logs.

I am running 2x client v.5.0.261 and 2x Appserver v.5.0.261. Also I've tried build 275 - no luck here.

Make sure that the default name has no spaces..

This will be fixed..

Is there any workarounds for acrobat window still open after printing?

This is an acrobat issue...

if you right click on a pdf file and click print does the acrobat close??

You can always press ALT+F4
