I have a brand new Dell 3110 cn color printer. It works on the MAC side and I had it working on the Windows side through Bonjour. Somehow it will not now recognize the printer. I have installed it on the Mac side and shared then on the windows side I have used the Bonjour program and it says it successfully installs. But when I go to print on the windows side in my word processing program I get a message that "the printer is currently unavailable. The printer and/or server may be offline. If this is not the case, may need to reinstall the printer." When I go to my printer properties, it gives me the message "properties cannot be displayed. Operation could not be completed." When it was printing on the Windows side, it would print my document but then print out extra pages of "junk." I was trying to see if I could fix that problem with the printer settings, but now it doesn't work at all. Can you please help me. I'm about at the end of the rope trying to get the printer working properly. Thank you.
