Hello, we have two Terminal Servers running 2X. On one the Universal printer is working fine but on the other one there are no PDF-file produced. :cry: In the Event viewer /Application i get this message. The description for Event ID ( 5000 ) in Source ( ApplicationServer ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: [04/0000000D] 2X Terminal Server Agent: Failed to add 2X Universal Printer, Error Information 0x70a I have tried to reinstall it with no luck.
