Pressing the "1" Key Opens Explorer?

    I'm using Parallels Desktop 5 on Mac OS X 10.6.2. Every once in a while I get into some mode where, when I type the "1" key, instead of a "1" being typed, Windows Explorer opens. How do I get out of this mode?
