Preparing Parallels Desktop for Mac Never Ends

    Just got the email for the Snow Leopard update, downloaded it, and after all the prompts, it goes on with Preparing Parallels Desktop for Mac for over 15 minutes and then I shut it down. Tried again, the same results.

    What's wrong, or how long will this preparation actually take?
